My order was placed by the sales assistant over the phone who put in the wrong address (complete wrong postcode). I called to change immediately and was told the order was already processing and even though it was their error nothing could be done.

I explained i wont receive it as its incorrect, they would not help. I reordered myself to the correct address. By some miracle the original order arrived at my address (the post office had written on the correct postcode). When the order was opened it was missing parts!!

I explained this and returned.

I was refunded for the complete wrong amount, and after around 20 emails they have still not refunded me the correct amount and are now ignoring my emails. You really couldn't make it up.

Product or Service Mentioned: Hollister Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $7.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
