I ordered a pair of skinny jeans on the Hollister website. First the explained that the jeans will be shipped with FedEx then two days later I called fedex and they explained that USPS is now in charge of the shipping.

Hollister customer service explained to me that "in their corporate law, I can't speak to a manager". And the customer service rep also explained that she can't give me her name and hung up the phone in my face.

VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM HOLLISTER! This was my first time ordering clothes from Hollister and I have to say the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
