First time order in Hollister worst experience ever first for 2 months order doesnt arrive to address yes fed ex lost the order so i was like ok since it was the shipment company fault not them then i call she says shes going to reship my order and file the loss from fedex i even got a confirmation order email she says it will be sent quickly instead of standard without extra charge i wait two weeks and i call again she tells me my money was sent back(thank god) but she lied and never sent me another e-mail that they no longer have the items and that my money was reimburse so i wasted another two weeks on this *** thing never ordering online from them again too bad they dont have a store around here so thats a customer lost
