I placed an order on Hollister.com. They shipped it to the wrong address.

They only issued a partial credit. Reordered the same items. Received defective merchandise. They refused to honor what their customer service rep said they would do to fix the problem.

Have talked with 5 customer service agents and still don't have the problem resolved. They said they did me a favor by waiving the $7.00 return shipping charge. I can't beleive they would charge to return defective merchandise.

Their quality control is very poor and the customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I'll never order from Hollister again.
