I ordered a pair of Khaki. I have been waiting for weeks.
And I just found out that they already shipped back to the shipper. My address is right and it's exist. I need this pants to work this week. I called the customer service.
they said they can't do anything about it. They will refund my money back when they received that package back. They offered me to place new order. Screw that!
I don't have time to wait anymore. In my town I went everywhere try to find a pants that would fit me but it's so hard. I'm really upset about this situation.
The guy on the phone is no help also. I'm always buy stuff at Hollister in store but from now on, I won't be back.
