I placed two order on the hollister official site total 200 dollars. First thing: I gave them the wrong shipping address so I called to change.
The lady on the phone said it is okay to change so I did not cancel the order but let her go ahead and change it for me, but when I check the shipping status the next day, the address was not changed at all! and shows already shipped! So I called again and guess what they say? they tell me to contact Fedex so I did, and then fedex said if I want to change the shipping address I need to tell the original sender to contact them.
BUT!! Hollister said they don't do call-out! WHAT CAN I DO NOW??
the second thing is, Another purchased order shows delivered! But I did not receive anything!
