Purchased 9 shirts at Hollister in Thousand Oaks CA on July 13 all items were scanned and had tags. went in on July 20 to return 8 of them, suddenly 2 were not the right numbers on the receipt. Manager says "Nothing she can do" starts asking my wife what she did. offered store credit, or take them home and call customer relations. Manager says she cannot do anything. If the manager cannot figure it out ....Who can? This is a scam. Deliberately planned so they do not have to give refunds.

After much arguing, and refusing to leave and allow another customer to be helped, manager begrudgingly gave refund back to credit card.

Manager kept trying to blame my wife that the numbers did not match....but could not show they did not match as she was only going by computer.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT, make sure every thing matches, or make them do it again....they will try to refuse a full refund any chance they can.

All being said, No credit showing up on my card yet. No Pending transaction, nothing. we have a receipt showing refund, so fraud lawsuit will be next if the transaction does not come through.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Please let us know if you get that refund. Sounds like a very fraudulent situation.
