Three ostomy supply failures out of supplies

Product orders

I recently ordered several boxes of the two piece system from Amazon and thought that the two pieces were actually included.However,only the pouch comes in the box. I now have to order the piece that sticks to the skin to hold the bag in place.i think that it is called the skin barrier.Please confirm as I do not want the wrong item coming to me in the West Indies. The pouch sizes that I have gotten are 2 1/4 inches or 70mm Could you please Assist me so that I can make the correct order. Thank you Chester

Racist manager tried to overcharge me

I was attempting to purchase two of the 30$ or 2 for $50 sweatshirts for my son...Katie Anne the manager stepped in to help the associate when there was an issue with the total.... she expressed that the t-shirts were 2 for 50$; not the sweatshirts....she continued this behavior adamantly...we had walk over to the table for me to prove what was clearly written everywhere in the store... as if I was lying..... I told her to keep the sweatshirts...I don't have to spend my money where its not wanted..... as I was leaving i asked her name she said Katie Anne in a nasty tone....the store wasn't full by any means during this time of pandemic closures; I expected more from a higher end store like Hollister.... I guess it sucks to be black there also....

Double charged

Hollister put a hold for a $100 online purchase on my credit card . Then shipping was delayed so the charge went through and then when they shipped the item they charged me again. Both went through as online purchases so Hollister has my money twice but takes no responsibility and will not refund me the second amount. They keep telling me I have to contact my bank but the bank says both charges went through as purchases. Now Hollister wont return my emails and says they arent doing anything more for me. But meanwhile theyve done nothing - and they still have my money . This is horrible customer service and theft on their part as they know they charged me twice but are refusing to refund me. Beware !! They are not a reputable company !!

I ordered 4 things from Hollister on April 9. A swimsuit, bra, joggers, and swimsuit bottoms. This should not take more than 2 weeks to ship to me. I spent almost $100 on all of this and it was supposed to come in 7 days ago. Obviously it has almost been 4 weeks since I placed the order and it has not come in. It says that it is sitting in a truck, but they haven't delivered it still.

Lousy service

trying to pick up my online order at the Brea Mall - Orange County, California but the cashier is spending a long time helping with another employee’s purchase which I think it is very inappropriate during the store business hour whether your employee is on the clock or off the clock. Your paying customer should always be your priority. When I reached out to complain this situation to one of the store managers, he gave me a MAJOR attitude and very disrespectful. He will not give me his name but gave me his name but he make sure that “I am the manager and you can be frustrated but cannot do anything about it” attitude across. How and why you choose this person to represent your company as store manager puzzled me. I started to wonder if this type of behavior is allowed by your company? Store managers is paid to manage staff (which he didn’t know how so he allowed employee purchase to be more of priority of customer’s purchase) or resolve complaints (which he has absolutely no clue). In his defense, he told me that employee is off the clock, but for your customers, we only can tell the difference between the other customers and store employees. It is not the customer’s job to keep track who is on of off the clock. The number one job requirement in any type of business should be to have a pleasant attitude and great customer service skill. In your retail stores that would be the number one requirement because most of the retail job does not require a college degree. And please do not take my comment negatively. I believed being kind and know the right from wrong does not require a college degree and that’s the message I am trying to convey. My recommendation: 1. Please re-train your managers and staff the importance of customer service. 2. Review your employment policy to make it clear when and where would be the appropriate time and place to process employee purchases. I think it should be behind your retail front so when you are in the store front the staff will focus on the customers. As mentioned earlier, as a customer, I can only distinguish the difference between other customers and staff. When seeing your staff is taking too long of time to make his employee purchase, it only demonstrated that your customers are not your priority. By the way, when I requested for another manager to voice my frustration and guess who that person was? The person who I was complaining about..... Two out of two managers you hired are disappointing.......both tell me to call customer service which I did and was directed to send an email. What kind of resolution can you offer? When I asked for the names of the managers, they told me that for safety purposes they cannot give me their first name. That makes me concern about my safety because your staff that I have the conflict with tonight have access to my full name and know my home address. Should I be worried?

None, shop here at holister

I contacted customer service on 12-29-2019, I really felt as if my question was not taken seriously and that "Jacob" was not interested in helping me. Took him awhile to answer a question. I will still shop here. I am trying to find out what happen to Hollister California--beach please perfume.

Employee talks *** right infront of me

I went shopping for an outfit at the mall and couldn’t decide what to get. Last minute about 30 mins before the mall was closing I made a last minute decision to get some jeans from hollister that I saw before. When I walked into the store the employees were all working together cleaning up and folding jeans and i hear a employee complaining that more customers walked in and that her coworker jinxed it. I group of them laughing together and looking annoyed. I felt so uncomfortable that I walked out. I didn’t even wanna buy the item anymore
