I have returned part of my online order to the store more than a Month ago (on April 9). They were supposed to issue a refund to my card but never did!
I talked to my bank, they can't find it, There is nothing on my bank statement, and they refuse to help me at Customer service. I am never ever shopping with them again, it is hard to imagine that in the era of electronic commerce the company is doing such a cheap lame fraud to its customers.
Besides, when I was buying, I used the gift card for $80 and my credit card for the remaining $120.
Instead of returning at least in the same split manner, they returned everything to a gift card. The gift card company says that it is impossible to refund to that card more than it was originally deposited.
