I purchased a sweater for my daughter on Thursday 8/21 she wore it for the first time Saturday 8/23 to a movie. When she got home we noticed a hole along the stitching of the shoulder.

I returned to the store that I purchased it at on Monday 8/25 to exchange it. They advised me that since it did not have it's tags on it I needed to e-mail service@hollisterco.com to report poor quality.

The manager advised they would not exchange it for the exact sweater without a hole in the store. Very bad customer service on top of poor quality.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
