I wrote a complaint letter already, but don't thik it got poseted. Apparently, the president or CEO have so much money they don't need satisfied customers.
Well, apparently you're doing a good job, because of all the complaints I've read. If you buy an item at a store and there is something wrong with it, you would expect to be able to take it back to the store and get the sitution corrected, definately not with Hollister. I bought a sweater on saturday at the Huntington Mall in Barboursville WV, my daughter wore it to school on Monday and it started coming apart in less than 8 hours.
I called the store, then called the Hollister Company then took it back to the store and they would not exchange or refund my money. The lady at the Hollister Company said since I called so quick the store should exchange the sweater.
Monetary Loss: $49.
