Purchased items online with two forms of payment. Went to the store in Northlake Mall (Charlotte) to returns items due to fit.
Informed cashier that items were purchased with 2 cc and was told it would be refunded the way paid. NOT! Refund was returned to ONE of the cards not split between the 2. Told they couldn't do anything, but gave me a card to call customer service who according to the MGR would be able to help.
Unfortunately, customer service was of NO HELP!
Told couldn't change the way it was refunded. Will never purchase from them again!
