OMG...I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and between FedEx, and USPS (no one seems to take responsible for not delivering my item).

Hollister's customer service is by far the worst that i've ever experienced. They don't have managers or supervisors to assist customers and they always seem to submit a request for review that takes days if not weeks to get to you.

This is terrible, I don't think I will shop online again.

All I want is my money back and it seems to be very frustrating. When I placed my order, the money was out of my account immediately. Now that I need my money back I have to wait weeks. They cannot even confirm a timeframe when my money will be available.
