I was shocked to find no phone number at all for hollister on their site and then after getting one by googling it the phone was anwsered with a prerecorded message saying you have to send an email! I shop online for 90% of my purchases and thought I had seen it all but this is seriously wrong.
How can a compnay not talk to their custoemrs? I will not be shopping at a company that doesn't even consider me important enough to talk to.
I have 3 teen age sons who will be amazed by this and will agree with me to not give money to a corporation that has no customer service. Crazy!!
