My online order never arrived at the store. I called customer service on 7/10/18 at 11:00 and spoke to Carol.
Carol couldn't track my order. She said it was stuck in National City. I said that I was really disappointed as I was planning on wearing the dress this weekend. Carol said, "We are not responsible for FedEx." She said I could return the order or have it shipped again to the store.
She then said the shipment would arrive in 15 days! I asked to speak to a manager. Carol said that the manager wouldn't do anything different than what she offered. I insisted to speak to a manager and not one manager would talk to me.
Darla Hulbus, manager, said she needed to go to a meeting. I hope the meeting educated her about customer service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
