Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

My daughter returned a few items that didnt fit. She purchased them with her debit card.

She had her receipt and the card to get the refund. The manager put the refund through and said he has to give her a store credit since he cant put the refund on her card for some reason. She said she didnt want a store credit. He said she has to call customer service and they can transfer the refund to her card.

She calls customer service and they say the will email her in 24 hours. The incident happemed at the hollister in westfield shopping town in Toledo Ohio.
