Purchased a $130 winter coat for my granddaughter. Zipper broke after worn 3 TIMES.

Store manager told me to send coat back to Hollister. They have had my coat for 7 weeks now with NO coorespondance whatsoever! No email-no phone call. I've called them numerous times, in fact, given 4 different reference 3's and customer service is useless!

This is the most riduculous, helpless dept. I've ever dealt with. Their advice is to email Hollister!

There is no supervisor to speak to and the reps are as *** as a ***. BUYER BEWARE-shop at reputable retailers that will properly handle customer complaints!
