I went to a store shopped there while processing their machine got stuck and they charged me twice. I used my Discover card.
I got the refund and for some reason they have put a dispute on Amex god know why.
I sent the hollister people the chat conversations clearly stating there was never a dispute raised on Amex i sent the convo to hollister support.
They have the worst customer support. No knowledge nothing. All they do is communicate through emails and the most annoying part is they reply to you after 3-4 days. It has been an year now. Will any one take this seriously at hollister.
Since then when ever I want to shop online they just let me and cancel my order every single time. Any card i use still. I seriously want to take an action about this
