Placed an order on 12/17, website guaranteed order delivery by 12/24. Today is 12/22 and having received no shipping notification or any other updates on the order I did live chat .

Item on website and on my order status still shows in stock and available to ship and be received by 12/24 but am told by live chat it is actually not available and will ship whenever it becomes available.

Had to repeat myself several times to get her to cancel the order but all she did was kept repeating "item not available, item not cancelled" And now cancellation email arrives telling me order has been cancelled because I do not have enough funds to pay for it. What a joke this company has become.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
