I went in for an interview and the girl looked me up and down and was like “can I help you?” Will the worst attitude and I was like yeah I’m hear for an interview and she told me to leave and come back when it was time I like to get there early and when I came back she told me that she couldn’t interview me and so I asked for the store manager name and she refused to give it to me also there customer service is *** she wasn’t even looking at the girl at the check out she was talking about her *** make up turned away from her customer like what the *** worst store I have ever walked into thanks for wasting me time

I ordered clothes for my two teenage sons for Christmas online.

I tracked my very big order and the status read " being held at warehouse. Please contact us". Well I called Holister. Whitney was rude. Now Its Christmas time, I always remain loving and calm, but it didnt matter. I explained what the message said in tracking info.

She said in the teo years shes worked there she has never seen that and did not know what it meant. I asked if she could contact the shipping company they use? She said, We dont do that, yiu hsve too".

# 1 Why is the customers job to contact the shipping company they use to ship?

# 2 She didnt know what company they use. What!!??

When I asked her to please ask a supervisor she said, "my supervisor is on the phone, its busy today".

I asked is there supervisor I can talk to , ill wait, she said, "No we are not allowed to have you hold".

I felt completely helpless and stressed. I hung up. I called right back and got Brandon. He atleast got me the name of the company they use and gave me the number.

I had to call and wait on hold with the company but when I got a person she was helpful. She told me that they were holding my items at the warehouse until the next day because it missed the truck that day. They will leave the warehouse first thing the nest dsy. She assured me it was nothing bad like damaged as sometimes thats what that message means. Maybe the hollister employees will read this and learn something.

Hollister, Your shipping company you use is OnTrac incase you need to contact them for a customer.

Whitney, you should never ne in customer service. You are rude, lazy, and just plain dont care.

I will tell you after spending the money I did and being treated like I did at Christmas time, I will never ever ever buy Hollister again. My boys like Vans ( which has amazing customer service) and many other names so I will have no problem leaving Hollister. I will tell every other adult I know about my experience with that woman from Hollister.

Update: I recieved a phone call from Hollister. Whitney has been fired for being rude and calling a customer names!!

Brandon got recognized for being helpful, respective and nice, doing his job for a single mom who just needed a phone number!

I would think that someone who is old enough to be a parent would know the difference between no and rude. Guess I was fooled.

Tell all the adults you know about what happened to you. When they see that you are mistaking no as rude they will laugh at how much of a child you are acting like.

FragrantNumbat this person is completely correct, you are the one acting like a child. The interaction from this review is rude, there is a difference, apparently you don't understand.

When working in customer service (it sounds to me like you have never had a job so I'll explain) it is your JOB to be helpful, respective and nice, businesses do not want you running away their customers. It's common sense but I guess that's not too common for you now is it.

I have been waiting on a refund since January...I called this comp on 3 separate occasions only to find out about my funds...I was hung up on and the representative asked me what do I want him to do,he can’t do nothing....they refused to let me speak to a supervisor..saying the csr’s are trained on a supervisor level... I hope my $40 was beneficial to hollister in some way

Both my ship to store orders placed in the last year got screwed up which resulted in a 1-2 week delay. I don't live near a store so I tried to time my orders around a time I would be near the store which never happened. Only reason I ordered a second time was because of a hard to find item that Hollister carried. Very unhappy customer. Never going to order from them again.

DO NOT BUY your holiday gifts at hollister! The website says you will get it on time for Christmas Day but no you don’t! My package was supposed to arrive to the store Monday December 24 and it “due to volume” which they didn’t mention anywhere in the website now my package is suppose to arrive Thursday December 27, 3 days later and on top of that I have to pick it up at the store.

I like Hollister jeans sweat pants and t shirts. I was gonna buy 120$ worth of them today, but looking at 2 weeks free shipping method, no thanks ! Hollister just trashed their business with extremely poor shipping.

LAKE CHARLES, LA. HOLLISTER STORE CLOSING DUE TO SHOPLIFTERS

I read in the newspaper that the local Hollister store in the Prien Lake Mall in Lake Charles, Louisiana is going to be shutting down due to numerous shoplifting incidents. They say that shoplifters have been stealing so much stuff that they are losing too much money and that many of the shoplifters are bold and fight back when confronted and accuse the employees of targeting them just because of their race. They said that this particular Hollister store had no security cameras and that people could just walk in and steal stuff without getting caught. Also,m the Prien Lake Mall Security officers said that they couldn't enter the Hollister store to help with any apprehension of shoplifters. Poor customer service Rude manager

I went to the store to pick up my online order. I showed the manger my the order information and email on my phone she went and got the package. Before handing it to me she said "Can I see your ID" I said oh I didn't bring it in the email says just bring the email or ID. The manger stated she would contact customer service to see if she can give it to me. She contacted customer service and they told her she couldn't give it to me. I called customer service and the CSR told me to go back to the store and demand the merchandise she had to give it to me. I explained as a African American Im not going back so that I can get arrested in Hollister. when I asked for a Supervisor I was told I wasn't allowed to and needed to send an email if I wanted to complain about the service I received. Hollister get it together and Hire a management team that can deal with customers who have issues. Ill go back to the store with my ID but I cant help but wonder if I would have to deal with this if I was a white woman.

My son bought his girlfriend a sweater for 50 bucks for christmas. Tje next day a school sge broke up with him so the following weekend today. I went to take it back and he could not find the reciept but the tag was still on it. They only gave a store credit for 25 bucks with no reciept. Now i understand the store credit with no reciept but he paid 50 and thier was another prive on the tag for 25 si thats what they gave him. This is *** my son is 14 abd worked weekends to get up money and yall steal it. Its complete ***

Online Order

I ordered clothes online and the next day it got cancelled. Never once have I cancelled my order. I am very upset with their system. Knowing me, I love Hollister, but I will never shop at Hollister again. I called and asked about it and a lady answered, and she was NOT helpful at all. She just said “just replace the order and hopefully it doesn’t cancel again”. What a shame. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOLLISTER.

COSTUMER SERVICE

Hollister has terrible costumer service. On three separate occasions I have attempted to purchase something and the tag was marked wrong or the sign was marked wrong. The employee would not give me the "sale price" even though the sign was clearly marked. I even asked to show the sale sign to the employee and he grabbed the sign and said this should have been taken down, the shirt is full price. This false advertising is an error on the stores part. I have never shopped at a store that would not honor the price advertised. Maybe if they were not all standing around talking they would have more time to pay attention to what they need to do such as making sure prices are marked properly. I have no idea what training these kids get but the training truly does not touch on good costumer service.

Would not let me order a gift card for Nieces birthday because my address is a post office box with the UPS store. All my credit cards and even my drivers license have this address and they would not accept it. We don’t have any other deliverable address. But the major complaint was the customer service. They require all contact through email. Their is no phone number to call. I kept getting emails responses with generic and some irrelevant information that made me realize they did not read my emails. I tried calling the order number but they were terrible and no help saying I had to wait 5 days for a response with no ability to connect me to anyone. After this experience I would never order items from them. I ordered a gift card from a different company very easily without all this hasstle.

My online order never arrived at the store. I called customer service on 7/10/18 at 11:00 and spoke to Carol. Carol couldn't track my order. She said it was stuck in National City. I said that I was really disappointed as I was planning on wearing the dress this weekend. Carol said, "We are not responsible for FedEx." She said I could return the order or have it shipped again to the store. She then said the shipment would arrive in 15 days! I asked to speak to a manager. Carol said that the manager wouldn't do anything different than what she offered. I insisted to speak to a manager and not one manager would talk to me. Darla Hulbus, manager, said she needed to go to a meeting. I hope the meeting educated her about customer service.

Saturday July 7, 2018 went to hollister in beaumont texas hoping to use my anniversary $15 off rewards,but a lady named Jessica was not helpful not all. She had an attitude and was rude. During checkout she got mad and the shirt was torn when she took off the sensor. I wish i could talk to a customer service person to help so maybe time it wont happen. Until better service is resolved i wont be going back.
