My first encounter with Hollister, will be my last! I submitted an order online, never received confirmation, but they quickly charged my credit card.

After not receiving any correspondence from them I chose to contact them to see what was up. They told me the order was canceled but didn't know why and that I would received an email. After asking multiple times why the order was canceled the snotty customer service girl hung up on me.

I called back to speak with someone else and again was told, wait for an email. Poor customer service practices from them!!
