Absolutely disgusting behaviour at this location.Went in to return items which I purchased online; that was my first mistake.
The clothes that came in had pilling on a shirt and looked like it was washed and worn, the other item had a stain and a pull on the material. Drove an hour to my closest location only to be ridiculed by the cashier man, who by the way was not even helping me-he just decided to chime into the conversation I was having with the lovely cashier who actually cared about my experience. In this cashier man's opinion, apparently it's my fault as those clothes were from their clearance sale and that's what I get. He didn't appreciate my appalled look of horror in regards to his comment and went on to tell his customer "wow, the attitude on this girl".
At this point I asked him to check his own attitude and asked my own cashier for the manager's contact information only to have cashier man chime in and say "oh no problem, he's here, want me to go get him for you" with a smile on his face. At this point my own cashier asked him if he was done with his behaviour; she looked mortified. As I am walking away cashier man decides to throw in one more comment "why don't you take your refund and buy something here, we are having a huge sale" and starts laughing. The right thing to suggest since I shopped clearance items online right?
You would think he was finally done now... nope, he decided to follow me to the back of the store and walk past myself and the manager eavesdropping and smirking at me. So Hollister has an anti-bullying campaign "Stomp bullying"-guess this cashier didn't get the memo?
Felt harassed, intimidated and ridiculed.Will NEVER shop Hollister or Abercrombie & Fitch again!
